Our Return Policy

Return or exchange online orders by mail or to our store.

We love what you ordered, but if you aren’t completely enamored with it, you may request an exchange or return within 21 days of the date you received it.

If your purchase doesn’t quite fit, or isn’t what you expected, you may send regular priced items back within 21 days of the date your item was received. (ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE).
We’ll gladly accept items in their original condition, unused/unworn and unwashed, and in re-sellable condition, with original tags on, for exchange or refund.

Returns must first be approved for by contacting us using the form on this page.  

Once return authorization is granted, AND WE RECEIVE your return, we will either send your replacement item, or you will be credited in the same form of payment you used to make your purchase, as you request.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are your responsibility.
For free returns, you are welcome to return your purchase to our store, located at 5910 Falls Road, in Mt. Washington, (an artsy village located just inside the Baltimore City line.), MD 21209

If returning by mail, you must include your invoice, with name and address, in your package.
A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
Please allow 3-5 days for return processing. Please note: Your bank/credit card company may take several days to process your credit.
